Cancellation Policy:  Guests receive 100.00% if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before arrival; No refunds within 7 days of arrival.

Security Deposit: A $300 hold will be placed on the credit card used to reserve your stay 2 days before arrival, and released withing 5 days of the check out date unless we determine damages have occurred.

During the booking process guests will be required to upload a copy of their valid government issued ID (driver’s license or passport),and electronically sign a Vacation Rental Agreement as required by the State of North Carolina. The name on the ID should match the name on the booking request, the name on the credit card used to secure the reservation, and the name used to electronically sign the Vacation Rental Agreement.
