Cancellation Policy:  Guests receive 100.00% if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before arrival; No refunds within 7 days of arrival.

Security Deposit: A $300 hold will be placed on the credit card used to reserve your stay 2 days before arrival, and released within 5 days of the check out date unless we determine damages have occurred.
